CERTIFICATES

OEKO-TEX
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety.
"OEKO-TEX® enables consumers and companies to make responsible decisions which protect our planet for future generations. The testing and certification process on which our standards are based guarantees maximum consumer safety.
If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless in human ecological terms. The test is conducted by our independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of our extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalog. In the test they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements. The criteria catalog is updated at least once a year and expanded with new scientific knowledge or statutory requirements. It is not easy for manufacturers and customers to keep an overview of the legal situation concerning harmful substances every day. OEKO-TEX® institutes do this for you."
Strict criteria catalog
Every component of an article has to comply with the strict OEKO-TEX® test criteria: from the coating, the outer material and the stitching, to the application and zipper.
Globally standardised
The test criteria are globally standardised and are updated at least once a year on the basis of new scientific information or statutory requirements.
Independent test institutes
The tests are conducted and the certificates issued exclusively by neutral and independent OEKO-TEX® test institutes.

FSC (Forest Stewardship Council )
FSC runs a global forest certification system with two key components:
Forest Management
Chain of Custody
FSC also licenses retailers and other end users to promote FSC labelled products, without holding FSC certification.
The FSC system allows businesses and consumers to identify, purchase and use wood, paper and other forest products made with materials from well-managed forests and/or recycled sources.
FSC's “tick tree” logo is used to indicate that products are certified under the FSC system. When you see the FSC logo on a label, you can buy forest products with confidence that you are helping to ensure our forests are alive for generations to come.
